If you get to stay in the building overlooking the ocean there is a beautiful view of Quadra Island and the ferries. The neighbourhood is a bit questionable at night, but I didn’t feel unsafe.

It’s an older hotel but it is well maintained - the room heat is by radiator that is always producing some kind of heat… There’s a fan tucked into the corner - if you crack the window a bit and stick the fan onto the rad the room temperature becomes very comfortable. The beds were super comfortable, and we had a great nights sleep.

Fantastic hotel !
Everyone at the hotel treated me with such kindness and friendliness. My room was wonderful. When I arrived the room was all set up, with heat and the tv ready to go. I loved staying here.

Great stay, nothing against the property itself but with a homeless man outside screaming on our arrival blocking our entrance. Other than that, accomdations were awesome. Better view than when i stayed at a place for 500$ a night in comox. Breakfast was great! I came a bit late to the meal so eggs were a bit hard but if you show up right when they start serving this is an amazing spread or food. Thank you for everything, the book in the drawer was a lovely suprise.
