Första rummet jag fick var inte iordningställt men jag fick ett nytt rum direkt. Rummen är lite nedgångna och poolen hade en hinna med olja/avgaser på ytan. Bra frukostbuffé.

Hotel limpo, mas serviços deixam a desejar.
O hotel se localiza na área central da cidade. Fui prestar concurso público, motivo pelo qual precisava de um local silencioso e com acesso fácil a táxis. O local não é silencioso, tampouco o acesso a táxis foi fácil, pois não há parceria entre o local e empresas de táxi - entretanto, o recepcionista se dispôs a ligar para um, sendo que levou mais ou menos 20 minutos até a solicitação ser atendida e podermos ir para a prova. A cama é confortável, foram fornecidos um edredom e duas cobertas (as cobertas podem ser um problema para alérgicos). O bar e a piscina fecham às 22h, sendo que esse horário não é prorrogado. O café começa a ser servido 6h30, horário que também não é alterado, nem a pedidos.

Estivemos no hotel por somente duas noites pq estavamos seguindo para Bonito MS. Recomendo que fiquem neste hotel pq tudo foi muito agradável e sua localização facilita o acesso para diversões .

O café da manhã poderia ser servido com mais cuidado. Houve demora na reposição de itens. O leite que deveria estar quente estava frio. Não tinha nenhum funcionário do hotel presente para solicitarmos o que fosse necessário. Não tivemos orientações sobre opções de turismo.

Para quem precisa de estadia e ponto final é uma opção. Tem com alguns pontos fracos. (Computadores ruins, restaurante fraco), mas para uma estadia a negócios de um ou dois dias funciona bem.

Já tinha ficado no hotel na sexta. Sábado fui para outra cidade, e fiquei mais uma noite no domingo. A recepcionista não localizou a reserva, demorou e enrolou. Eu cansado só queria dormir e o check in demorou demais. No quarto, o ar-condicionado não estava funcionando e a cama estava suja. Como estava muito cansado, deitei do lado limpo e fui dormir, pois meu voo já estava próximo, bem no meio da madrugada.
