The staff take pride in the cleanliness of the facilities. Every single day I saw them cleaning and making sure all outdoor areas were cleaned, pained, pressure washed, etc… Very impressed with the upkeep. Pool staff were wonderful! Service was quick and they often checked up on you. Housekeeping was great as well, although our mini bar was not restocked 3 days in a row, which was frustrating. Restaurants were good. I was not able to make reservations because we were a party of 5. Halfway through our stay I asked about it and finally we had assistance making evening reservations. Saw many guests with Altitude beach bags. We were never given any gifts or items at check in. We tipped all services very well.

I had a great experience at Krystal Grand Cancun Resort! The location is unbeatable, with stunning beachfront views and easy access to the turquoise waters of the Caribbean. The staff was welcoming and attentive, Mariana and Janer were always going above and beyond, from helping us with transportation from the airport to the resort to ensuring our stay was comfortable and enjoyable, making sure we had dinner reservations and take advantage of our benefits of all inclusive. Our room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with a balcony that offered breathtaking views of the ocean. The amenities, including the pools and bars, were top-notch. We particularly enjoyed the infinity pool and the lively yet relaxed atmosphere throughout the resort. I highly recommend Krystal Grand Cancun for anyone looking for a stress-free all-inclusive experience. We can’t wait to return to Cancun for another unforgettable vacation!

Beautiful property on a great part of the Cancún beach. The rock barrier prevents big waves making it very family friendly. The Altitude tower was pretty new and well set up. Clean, modern facilities. The restaurants had ok selection - not the best we have seen at 4 star resorts but also not bad. Service on the beach was excellent. Service in the restaurants was very slow. Resort is smaller than others in this area. Fine if you have a palapa or balibed rental on the beach. If not, the crowd at this resort claims every open chair early making it hard to find somewhere to sit until late in the day.

Not as advertised. There was no night entertainment and nothing to do at the resort for families. The beach was great, the best part. The property and rooms are not maintained, kids were picking up pool tiles off the bottom of the pool for fun. Tiles were chipped and not repaired in our room. Dinner reservations were often not consistent - not uncommon to wait for 2hrs at the restaurants for dinner - does not work with children. There is no steak house. Everything is available for an additional charge, despite the fact that you are all inclusive. Close to downtown so you could walk and explore shops, and restaurants. Bars on the resort do not open until 11am. Service was slow. Buffet is not kid friendly. Room service was a great option. Would not stay here again.

Wonderful hotel and the beach. Wonderful room and the view. Great service at reception and restaurants. Altitude breakfast was very nice. The Concierge Janet was excellent, very helpful. 5 stars. Downside - very bad food in buffet and Japanese restaurant that actually is a Thai food restaurant. The best food was in the Grill. We ended up eating in the Grill all the time. Another big downside - very loud music on the beach . Not just loud - extremely loud. We had a cabana in Moskitos and we couldn’t stay there , because of the loudness of music. And the stuff refused to turn it down just a little and it was rude. Because of that we wouldn’t be coming back. It is not my idea of vacation. This hotel is great if you are looking for beautiful beach and really wonderful hotel room , helpful stuff . It is great, if don’t mind the loudness and bad choice of music and if you are not a foodie. to get a bed on the beach you have to get up early. There is very limited amount of beds.

We love coming to Krystal Grand and staying at the Altitude. We have been coming to this resort for 10 years. Jahir in the Altitude bar and Alejo our pool waiter always make us feel at home when we are there and always go out of their way to give us the best service. The rest of the staff is exceptional as well. We will continue to come back.

Very friendly personnel for the most part. Altitude tower was a great experience. My daughter loved the kids club! Only time when I felt neglected was restaurant O and sometimes at altitude breakfast lounge the servers did not seem to notice. Beach club was great and all the bars, also altitude lounge!! Rooms were very clean, however coffee and minbar was not filled Up daily. Thank you, hope to be back!

There is no "Altitude" - This is just Krystal Grand. One entrance, same staff, pools, restaurants, buffet and beach amenities. Look at the reviews for Krystal Grand and see what you're getting yourself into. The hotel is in terrible shape! Dirty, overrun, outdated, the food options are pure disgusting, and the beach / pool amenities are broken and not useable. The staff is very rude and careless. There is absolutely NOTHING that can justify a five star hotel (maybe back in the 70s when it was built, however, they failed to catch up with the times).

We had so much fun at Krystal Grand Cancun everyone was very helpful and very friendly. The service was amazing the food was great and the beach was lovely. Janer and Petro were the best people we met they helped us a lot with entertainment and restaurants reservations. We sure will come back❤️
