Pedro and Edson at the front desk were so great in making our anniversary stay very memorable. Breakfast Buffet offered a great selection and was great quality. I would recommend the hotel breakfast if staying here. The Pool is cold … need to buy a heat pump as it was not warm at all.

Great hotel! Big rooms and amazing buffet bteakfas
Fantastic hotel. Pedro and Edson at the front desk were so helpful and offered us great welcome. Gym is great. Buffet breakfast is amazingly good and food was so fresh. Highly recommend the Canopy!

Very good accommodations. Enjoyed the area since we did not need to be on the beach. Access to the beach was a 10 minute walk. Unfortunately, at 5 p.m. each morning we could hear someone running on the treadmill in the fitness center that we were two floors below. Also, our door lock malfunctioned and we could not enter our room for a couple hours. However, if I were to return to Cancun, I would stay here again, but not on the side by the gym.

Property itself was good however a visit to Cancun is about the beach and there is no access to the beach from this property. The only good public beach access is far away. I would have enjoyed a direct beach access hotel much more and there are heaps around the main beach stretch. So not highly recommended

Nice room and Nice view. Has restraunts and a shopping center next to it. Staff are very friendly, however my room(s) dont have an inside trash can and trash was not pick up for the days we stayed.

This will be my new “go-to” spot when I’m in Cancun. It’s conveniently located to good and shopping. It’s also in great shape and makes you feel relaxed when you walk into the hotel. The rooftop pool, hot tub and bar are amazing as are the views from up there. The black out curtains help ensure you are well rested. The water pressure and hot water were excellent while I was there. The thing that I liked the most is that the property smelled great. Some properties in Cancun have a mold smell and/or a sewer smell. Not this one!
