Definitely a step ahead of other all-inclusive resorts. Very professional and organized. This is a high-end resort and the price-range eliminates that madness. I would say; their kids club needs to be larger if i had any constructive criticism.

I liked all the options for food. I especially liked the beachfront Mexican restaurant. I didn’t like the workout facility was closed and moved to a different location with very limited equipment.

The pools are NOT heated enough to swim in. Some of the buildings had large peeling paint and needed to be painted. The bathroom mirrors needed to be replaced. The edges were not discolored.

Loved the whole experience at Hyatt Ziva. The front desk was very accommodating given our flight delays both at start and end. All staff were very polite, even on Christmas day when they were working instead of being with their family. Would love to go back.
