Property is small and limited food selection. No shows, have to go to the other resort to watch. Limited entertainment. Need to specify all inclusive resort because some restaurants you have to pay to eat and certain restaurants certain foods you have to pay extra. Room is very nice. Food is a 6, need more variety. No snacks at night. Bar close at 11pm. Nothing to eat after 10:30pm. The staff is very friendly and respectful, they go beyond for the guest. The place is very quiet and very cozy. Just need to specify more because it’s not fully all inclusive as they trying to sell. But overall I give this place a 3 and a half.

We loved the spacious and clean room. They change towels every day. There is plently of water and everything was functioning properly. Restaurants are a bit confusing,but you get used to it or just ask and they will explain. Lots of English speaking staff. Angel at the bar was amazing. There is only one pool, so when you get those people that go to the swim-up bar, I am not sure if you want to swim in it as they did not move from it for hours. There are pool chairs in the shade and in the sun to choose from. It was never too busy,even though there are lots of people. They have 3 other resorts you can go to so we went to the sunset resort gym and beach. If you want a really nice beach with no waves, go tot he beach behidn the RIU hotel (accross the street). Ask the front desk for the directions. You will have to go around ,but it is so worth it. Kayaking was fun. I would recommend this resort if you do not need the beach. There are actually crocodiles in the water there. So cool!

Too close to a busy road, the noise is like sleeping in airplane, the vehicles soaring the whole night and day never stopping, particularly the truck and motor noises

Very nice place!!! Food was pretty good, most of the workers were friendly and helpful! Some workers didn’t speak english at all. It was great to take the water taxi to the other hotel with a beach. Liked our hotel better than the other 3 sister hotels
