Wonderful stay
The property is in an absolutely perfect location. Very nice, very comfortable, very clean. Hosts were extremely responsive to any questions or concerns. Right across the street from a grocery store and other businesses. Great restaurants, close by, Particularly El Fish Fritangga. . The view from the condo could not be beat. The pool was the perfect temperature for cooling off after being in the sun.

Amazing Stay
The time was amazing but unfortunately the security guard Anna picked on us the whole time, which is really weird because I've never had anybody do that to us.Construction every day at 8:00AM was not a great sound to wake up to. Regardless Daniel at the snack bar, he's a genuine great person. He is the best friend you could ever meet and whose family is wonderful. Treated us like family, not even knowing English. The property was great and had everything you could want besides an umbrella and a little cooler to take to the beach. I hope to book again and bring family and friends. The beach right there is absolutely beautiful even on the gloomy days after the hurricane.

Well-Appointed Condo in Prime Location
Condo comes complete with the most stunning views of the ocean. Location of the condo was perfect as it is right next to the beach, grocery stores, restaurants, various activities, and bus stops. The unit was well-appointed with many things that make it feel like your home away from home. Owner communication was timely and helpful. Nearby onsite manager was a bonus. The ONLY issue we had with the condo was the inability to cool the second floor bedroom down to a temperature that was comfortable for sleeping. We used fans to try and circulate the air, kept the curtains and bedroom door closed the whole time, but the room never dropped much in temperature or humidity level. If you are used to the temps & high humidity or if you will be staying on the first floor during your stay, this will not be an issue for you. Downstairs split AC's worked very well. If we could have been able to get the temp. / humidity down during the night we would have rated the condo 10 out of 10 or 5 stars without hesitation.

Highly Reccomend this place!
This condo was absolutely perfect. Owners provided perfect information. Views were amazing from the 7th floor. And they had a little cart so you can pack up for the day to hit the beach or one of the three pools. Location was absolutely perfect with large grocery store right across street or convenience store just outside gate. Walking distance to Ferris Wheel and aquarium. i would absolutely stay here again. Thanks so much!

Loved this place
Great location. Close to convenience store, pharmacy, grocery, restaurants, etc. We did 2 tours and the bus picked us up right outside the condo complex. Fully stocked kitchen. Awesome response from the owners. Incredible view of the water from both bedrooms. Will definitely stay here again.

Condo was clean. Behind the Kulkucan Mall and Soriana Mercado. Close to Isla Mall, 10 minute walk. Bus stops in front of Kulkucan Mall. Has 3 pools. Walk onto the beach. Decent restaurants close by. Owners very responsive. They wanted our stay to be enjoyable and uneventful. I don't think you'll be disappointed with this unit.

First time in Cancun
Had a nice time in Cancun. Property highlights are the balcony - amazing view of the ocean. Overall nice layout of the space. Washing machine was a bonus. Beach towels were great but personal towels were worn and used. One towel had red dye all over it and we opted not to use it. Downstairs air conditioner works well but upstairs was warm. We had to use the small fan in the upstairs bathroom as a result. Lastly, the mattress in the upstairs bedroom is very firm. Unsure if it needs to be replaced or if we were not used to a firm mattress. Work was being done on the overall complex but it did not interfere with our stay. Location was great - walking distance to large grocery store, convenience store, large shopping mall and restaurants. Overall would recommend the unit. Had a great first visit to Cancun!

Perfect location, beautiful beach
We loved our stay here. Everything you need on a daily basis is within walking distance and if you want to do activities, most are only a short taxi ride away. The property has excellent security and we felt very safe. The unit is spacious and comfortable and has everything you need. We loved sitting on the balconies and watching storms off in the distance. The beach is insanely gorgeous and warm. We would love to return!

Perfect weeklong getaway
Great location, beautiful view of ocean. Very clean. Was awesome that it came with beach and bath towels. Great location, mall right next door and large, great eatery’s in walking distance. Only flaw I would say was that the upstairs shower didn’t drain well, after about 3-5 min the water starts to roll off. Also it rained a few times causing water to flood the dining area a little bit. Still unsure how it came in but there is a gap between floor and bottom of front door so we are thinking that’s where it came. Still a great stay def will book again.

As Advertised - beautiful location
This two story townhouse style location was clean and beautiful. Multiple pools and the beach are right outside the door. If you like sun and sand and a great cerviche this is the place for you. Go enjoy it!

Great Experience!!
We stayed here with our young adult and teen children. We loved the view, the space, and the location. Plenty of room for 5 people. Multiple places to sit on the balcony to watch and listen to the ocean. We didn't have any issues with the condo but the owner was great to send us an email to make sure all was well, a couple of days into our stay. Many restaurants within walking distance and the larger mall was only a 5 minute walk away. Loved the mall directly behind us as we utilized the grocery store and ATM.

There were 5 of us celebrating friendship and loved all the options for food and drink. The condo was so great with three sliding doors to listen to the crash of the waves while we slept. Everyone was comfortable in their beds and loved the space. A very safe, gated community area. Lilo at the pool area - complex's bar/restaurant was phenomenal. So friendly and nice and the food was delicious! The beach is public so you can rent two chairs and umbrella for $20. The restaurants are high quality and all the food was amazing. Grocery stores close by with an OXXO next door for convenient store items. Everything was within walking distant, we never took a cab or bus anywhere. It was exactly what we needed. Would highly recommend for a friend or family getaway.
