Final de Ano Canela/Gramado com crianças

Sensacional. Atendimento fora de série, pessoal da recepção muito atenciosos, especialmente o Mateus! Pessoal do café da manhã também super atenciosos e dedicados. Time da limpeza impecável , todos os dias com o quarto com cheiro de casa limpa.. como na nossa casa! Restaurantes bem próximos a curta distância... a pe! Sala de jogos e espaço kids, simples, mas atendeu perfeitamente nossas crianças no dia de chuva... Enfim... recomendo e retornaremos com toda certeza.

Precisa de algumas melhorias!!!

Apesar de muitos pontos positivos alguns negativos e simples tipo ducha higiênica nichos para shampoo no banheiro televisão muito antiga pequena não era smart freezer barulhento tivemos que desligar a cortina caiu logo arrumaram ok ar condicionado também fazia barulho.Atendimento nota mil café nota mil!!!

os únicos inconvenientes foram e cobrança na chegada saída do hotéis da minha hospedagem, sendo que eu já havia pago para o hoteis.com. O outro foi o banho gelado que tomei no primeiro dia. Segundo o hotel, estavam com problemas nas caldeiras. Fora isto, tudo muito bom;

Tudo ótimo, exceto a luz..apto 106… ( acredito ser do sensor de fumaça ) muito forte atrapalha sono … sugiro ser apagada ou identificada com luminosidade ínfima. Devo também salientar o ótimo suco de laranja … o melhor dos últimos três hotéis
