Universal Hotel Castell Royal

"SEHR hellhörig und jeder „Service“ ist kostenpflichtig (bspw. Badetücher, Late Check-Out und Reservierung von Liegen am Pool). Von einem 4-Sterne-Haus sollte all dies ohne Extra-Zahlung angeboten werden. Zudem war eine Abdunkelung des Zimmers ab Sonnenaufgang quasi unmöglich.
Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig, sodass wir fast jeden Abend in einen anderen Ort gefahren sind (ein Mietwagen ist wärmstens zu empfehlen). Hierfür kann das Hotel jedoch nichts.
Wir werden sicher nicht wiederkommen.
Positiv war dennoch der sehr saubere und schöne Strandabschnitt und das zuvorkommende und gründliche Reinigungspersonal. "
