Beautiful terraced house divided on two floors for up to 8 guests close to the beach. It is located in a nice and modern residence with pool. It consists of 2 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom with a bunk bed, 1 living room with 1 single sofa bed + 1 single bed, a well equipped kitchen, a living room, a bathroom with shower, Tv, private garden. A covered parking space is included. A/c available on an extra cost.

-Check-in: 16:00-18:00 (until 19:00 in the high season).

°Excluded - Mandatory:
-Security deposit: 200eur will be collected only in cash at the check-in. The security deposit will be returned at the check-out after the accommodation inspection.
-City tax upon arrival in cash: to be paid upon arrival in cash. The exact amount will be communicated upon arrival.

°Excluded - Optional: all extras are not mandatory. If you choose to purchase them, they are to be paid upon arrival at the agency and they are subject to availability:
-A/C (if available): 70eur per week
-Bed linen and towels on request (subject to availability): 15eur per set/person.

-Pets allowed on request: no cats allowed. From 50 to 80eur pet/week:
°small: up to 6kg> 50eur
°medium: up to 14kg> 70eur
°large: above 14kg> 80eur


The swimming pool is open seasonally (from mid June to early September). The exact opening and closing dates may vary between the different residences and depend on the weather conditions. Beahost Rentals cannot be held responsible for closures due to major reasons or for maintenance services, according to the law. The use of the pool cap is mandatory.

You can enjoy excellent food in all the restaurants, bars, cafes, ice cream shops across the town. Also, you can shop at supermarkets for great gastronomic products, souvenir and clothes shops.
