I stayed there so I use the hot tub & called several days before to make sure they had a hot tub. When I got there it was not working. Lesson learned for me call before you have to pay for the room & make sure the hot tub is working. I have several medical reson I use the hot tub. Tub. Ipaid

When I initially tried to Check-in on 12/20/24 I had a horrible experience because I was informed that my reservation was cancelled and the hotel was completely booked. The Front desk clerk Jewel was able to speak with a customer rep from Expedia and completely resolve the situation. Jewel checked my son and I into a double queen room and comped a shuttle to my cruise scheduled for tomorrow to compensate from my downgraded room. Jewel exemplifies outstanding customer service. She truly turned things around for me. I’m truly grateful!
