I don't even know were to start. The management company was very difficult to contact, I tried several times to speak to someone and they where never available, they send messages that they prefer to speak via email. No personal touch, even when I contacted them to discussed my concerns.
We arrived very late and the code on the main door was not even programed, that gave me a sense that the house was not supervised prior to our arrival. Once we were able to get our code (I have to say, at least they responded within 5 minutes, the only time). We walked the house and it was EXTRMELY dirty. Rooms, Bathrooms (hair all over the bathroom, main entrance dirty, it was a NIGHTMARE, I wish I can share the pictures I took to prove my comments.
We did not have enough towels for 6 people. The WI-FI it was one of the slowest we have ever experienced, I called the management for help and they never responded, I had to used my personal hotspot from my phone.
The pool table, OMG!!! The sticks should go straight to the garbage, all the tip were broken, none of them were in working order. The only thing I can say that was nice is the pool as it looks like it was renovated and a nice backyard view, other than that, with all respect, I believe that the management company and/or owners should really invest before putting this property on the market, the exterior of the property also need some work and cleanliness.
