Dieses Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Wohngegend, in der Sie regelmäßig wandern und Rad fahren können. Es hat einen offenen Grundriss mit Fliesen im gesamten Gebäude. Es ist gut gelegen, mit dem beheizten Pool und dem Lanai-Bereich nach Süden, um den ganzen Nachmittag die Sonne von Lanai und Florida zu genießen.

Das Haus hat einen traditionellen Florida-Stil mit einem geteilten Grundriss. Die Master Suite befindet sich auf der Ostseite des Hauses und die Gästezimmer befinden sich auf der Westseite. Das Haus bietet Platz für sechs Gäste mit Betten.

Unseren Gästen steht eine Auswahl an Schlafgelegenheiten zur Verfügung. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt zusammen mit den anderen 2 Zimmern über ein Queensize-Bett. Alle Matratzen und Betten sind neu, mit einer Fülle von Kissen und zusätzlichen Decken, falls erforderlich.

Die Küche ist zum Pool / Lanai offen, so dass Sie auch in der Küche sehen können, was im Lanai los ist. Alles ist neu, einschließlich Geschirr, und die Schränke sind gut bestückt mit Töpfen und Pfannen, um die Essenszeit für Gäste, die sich zum Essen entscheiden, zu einem angenehmen Erlebnis zu machen.

Draußen hat unsere Veranda wunderschöne Stühle und einen Patio mit weichen Kissen. Auf der Anlegestelle befindet sich ein weiterer Tisch mit 4 Stühlen mit Blick auf das Wasser. Es ist eine wirklich schöne Gegend draußen, wo Sie die Möglichkeit haben, am Tisch auf dem Dock am Wasser zu sitzen oder auf den Sofas mit Blick auf das Wasser zu sitzen. Sie werden nicht enttäuscht sein!

Dieses Haus verfügt über einen Pool, Flachbildfernseher mit Satellitenempfang und Highspeed-Internetzugang mit WLAN im ganzen Haus und auf der Veranda.

Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für Familien sowie eine Vielzahl von Restaurants und Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Die Inseln Captiva und Sanibel mit ihren wunderschönen Stränden am Golf von Mexiko liegen nicht weit von der Haustür entfernt. Zum Cape Coral Beach sind es ungefähr 15 min, zum Fort Myers Beach 35 min, nach Sanibel Island 40 min und nach Captiva 10 min.

Baseballfans werden die Spring Trainingseinrichtungen für zwei Major League Teams und ein Minor League Team in Ft Myers, ungefähr 30 Minuten entfernt, zu schätzen wissen.

Es gibt große Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe für alltägliche oder spezielle Bedürfnisse. Die Ford-Edison Estates, das Barbara B. Villa was clean & reasonable for the price but with Issues
After staying in many properties in the Cape Coral area over the last 10yrs we believe we are well placed to add these comments below.Arrival/Check in was as the documentationWhen we walked around the property it became evident that it needed updating & some issues needed resolving.We contacted the 'management' to inform them of these issues as per the documentation in the handbook when checking in.Main bed had 3 support slats broken & the steel bed frame had 2 floor broken supportsDouble sun longer broken/taped up on one side.Fan not working in front bed Blinds not working in back bedNo Bike pump - tyres flatFans not working outside above tablePool heating not reaching temp as per documentationA/C not controlling as per documentationAfter many 'heated' discussions with the 'management' who were saying that everything was ok as the owners had just left & we were trying to 'screw' them over which really upset my wife, it was decided that they would send someone to the Villa the next day to support the above.They (Mark & Ryan)replaced the steel bedframe after identfiying the components were broken.They put some thin chipboard underneath the mattress for support as the slats were broken & probably still are.The fans outside were fixed by installing a new switch The fan in the front bed was fixed - wiring issueThe blinds in the back bed - worn & leftNo bike pump suppliedPool heater adjustedA/C - Main Fuse replacedLots of noise from road SE24th Ave

Wonderful experience
We stayed at this property for two weeks, and it was absolutely wonderful! Communication with the host was excellent, and the home itself was so relaxing. The view was incredible, and the location couldn’t have been better—we were close to everything we needed.The house was spotless, and the bed we slept in was incredibly comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, which made cooking a breeze. Having access to the garage was an added bonus that we really appreciated.I can’t say enough great things about this property! Hopefully, we’ll be able to return in the future. If I’m ever in the area again, I would definitely stay here. Highly recommended!

Such a beautiful rental!
We were so happy with this rental. It was very clean and had a lot to offer. The pool had lights so we were able to do night swims with the family. Because it’s located at the end of the canal, not a lot of boats pass by. It’s a quiet neighborhood but still close to restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Jill was amazing and went above and beyond for us! Because of the recent storm, our flights got canceled and Jill was able to reschedule our dates. She answered us promptly. At one point the internet was down for Cape Coral and she offered to call the company and fixed it for us. Truly happy and would stay there again!

We concluded a nice stay at this property. Jill (manager) was always available & super helpful! The house needs some minor maintenance, but did not prevent us from enjoying our stay there and Jill is on top of them! Take your blender with you! We could not find one! But there was a manual grinder there.

We had a great stay, property was great. There is a busy road right by the home that you can hear and see from the pool. It didn’t bother us in the least. Loved being right on a canal and seeing fish jumping, birds swimming, we saw one turtle and a few iguanas. Would stay again for sure!

overal was a nice place.
However, i have never been required to strip the beds or wash towels before. When we are paying a LARGE cleaning fee this should all be included. Also, the pool did not look very inviting with all the black spots everywhere and it was only set at 80 and would not heat up beyond that. The house itself was very nice and well stocked with beach towels and kitchen stuff.

Nice home.
Nothing is ever perfect. The property is in a nice location but close to a very busy and can be a loud street. Construction materials are being stockpiled in the adjacent lot - it seemed something is about to be built. Quite a few people even blocked the driveway to inspect the materials.(?) For the most part you’ll see families out for a stroll or someone enjoying the afternoon breeze. Kids on their bikes without a worry in the world. The house itself just needed a little TLC. The air filters had not been changed for some time. The pool had some strange dark spots that seemed not to belong there. The pool attendant tried to clean it up but needed more guidance as to what to do. The iguanas and the variety of birds near the canal made our stay very entertaining. Even had a chance to see people touring the canal by boat. Although not perfect maybe better care of the home would have left a much better impression for the price that was paid.

Comfortable stay
We stayed at this home for two weeks. It’s in a convenient location but the street noise at the corner was pretty much an all day thing. Didn’t bother us too much. It’s a nice home, it’s clean and simple. There are no small appliances in the kitchen like a hand mixer or blender and no big bowls so that was a bummer. The mattresses on all 3 beds appeared newer but weren’t very comfortable. It’s nicely laid out as far as how the home is set up. I feel like this could be an outstanding home if someone put a little TLC into it and made it feel more homey. We never came in contact with anyone so I’d say check in and out was good. If you’re looking for a home That will do, this is it.

Great time at this property in Cape Coral
As a first time VRBO customer, we had an excellent time in Cape Coral at this property. Location was convenient to restaurants and beaches and house-hunting in our situation. Check in/out was stress-free and communication from the Property Manager was timely when we had questions (thanks Jill). House was very clean, pool was great and the gathering space on the lanai provided great dinner experiences. We hope to rent this property again in the near future.

All Around Perfect
Everything about this property was perfect. Our flight was delayed and we arrived early in the morning the day after scheduled check-in. Jill had us in the house and on vacatomode immediately. The house is a short drive to everything. We enjoyed shopping, beaches, restaurants, and parks. Someone put extra thought into so many aspects of this home. The pool temperature was adjustable to a comfortable level depending in the weather. There were bikes to use. The deep jetted tub in the master bath was a relaxing end to each day. We spent nice evenings grilling by the pool. I would recommend this property to anyone and look forward to returning.

Nice get away
The house was great. It had all of the amenities needed - appliances, towels, sheets, dishes. It looks a lot like pictured. We really enjoyed sitting out by the pool. The neighborhood was nice. The house is almost at the end of a busy street but there is a fence that drowns out a lot of the traffic noise. We were never bothered by the traffic or other noises. There are a lot of stores and restaurants nearby.

The Lanai and pool were a mess. But Jill had it powerwashed early monday. There were plenty of problems that should have beeen attended to before alowing guests. Patio chairs at dock were broken and dangerous. The towel bar in the guest bath was broken off the wall. Almost all of the vertical blinds were damaged. The exterior lighting had over 50% burnt out bulbs. Outdoor kitchen area full of dead bugs. Pavers on side of house, leading to trash containers was a big trip hazard. The house was clean, but really needed decorating. This could be a nice place, if someone puts in some work.

What a wonderful month!
We had a wonderful month at this home! It was exactly as described, clean, spacious and had what we needed to feel right at home! The WiFi was great as I worked from the house each day. Coming from a home with 5 flights of stairs to a ranch was heavenly! The pool was spectacular facing south-mega sun! It was so close to everything and anything we needed. Perfect yard for our dogs with the fence surrounding the back yard. The property manager Jill was excellent in communicating with us and extremely helpful. I am only sad that someone booked it already for next year or we would have booked for 2 months next year!
