Exclusive to Coastline Realty, LLC this lovely 1880's Barn has been transformed into a modern single family home with 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, off street parking and an outside shower. Nestled in the heart of the historic district this lovely, upside down style vacation home provides blankets, pillows, sheets and bath towels for guests to use April 15th through November 15th 2025 season. Please pack your beach towels. If using the pack and play please plan on bringing your own linens for the pack and play. A gas BBQ makes grilling at home a breeze or simply walk to your favorite Cape May restaurants for a night out on the town. The Washington Inn, Cape May Day Spa and lovely Hughes Street are all within walking distance. A Steger Beach box with 5 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, and 6 beach tags are provided on Queen Street beach from Memorial Day through Labor day. Owner provides 4 adult sized bikes. Guests must bring their own helmets. All bookings have a $65.00 lease fee, $500.00 refundable security deposit. $215 cleaning fee. $165 pet fee PER pet. All pets must be owner approved.All pets must be owner approved. Please let us know the age, breed and weight of pet. If more than one pet please let us know.This is a Pet Friendly Property. If you are not bringing a pet during your stay, you will not be responsible for Pet Rent. For online booking, your lease will be adjusted accordingly.

Lovely home
The home is really lovely. Up the stairs from the entry way is a private master suite which provides a lot of privacy and quiet when needed. Taking the steps further up brings you to the main living floor and the two other bedrooms. It’s compact but well laid out. Absolutely the perfect home away from home for a small group. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the beach, the mall and all the activities. It was a lovely weekend.
