I rented a studio apartment for ten days in Cape Town.
The furniture in the studio was sparse and the king-sized bed was a little hard. The kitchen was well supplied with pots, pans, dishes, plates and glasses. The bathroom was clean and spacious. The terrace was nice but the patio door was difficult to slide open. The A/C worked well, though the bedroom could get hot at night.
Really, the best attributes for this hotel are (1) the location and (2) the free parking. The hotel is located in the central Der Waterkand district, which is close to the City Center, Sea Point and the V&A Waterfront. Most importantly, in an area where parking is next to impossible, this hotel boast free, safe, indoor parking. If you plan on renting a car in Cape Town, this alone is worth the stay!!!
