One of the most beautiful rooms we've been in. Comes with a beautiful view and lovely enhanced touches. Id go back to Capri just to stay there again. Even nicer than more expensive 5 star hotels. The location is also perfect. Right next to the cable car and the bus/taxi station and within Capri center.

Beautiful rooms with a gorgeous view and incredible high ceilings, super attentive staff. This hotel completely over-delivered—in a busy bustling area but still feels serene, peaceful, and quiet inside the hotel. Highly recommended!

The room and view were gorgeous and the service was excellent. The hotel is in the best location - it's 2 minutes from the funicolare and around the corner from the main piazza. The area is busy but our room was perfectly quiet.

Wow. We had booked a much more $$$$ room in a different hotel but the reviews for Palazzo M were so good l, we thought we’d take a chance. From the warm welcome of Nunzia to the twice daily Houskeeping, the smiling staff, excellent breakfast and INCREDIBLE room with an outdoor hot tub, we made the right choice.
