Love staying at this hotel. Fourth stay this year. Our kids love the restaurant and the swimming pool. Cons. One of the lifts was not in use. That was a bit frustrating, at times. We'll still return there, in the future.

My WiFi didnt work in the hotel. The swimming pool had too much chlorine and i could not swim. Out of 2 lifts on was out of order and we had to queue for ages and in the end we used stairs. There are 4 guest why leave 2 biscuits. I had a special request for my sons birthday to have a cake in the room. That did not happen. Overall very disappointed with overall Cardiff novotel.
