So so
The hotel didn't actually have my booking, they blamed an expedia mix up. I got a room but not at the rate I signed up for with expedia so that was a bit disappointing.

I would select an alternative hotel
One of the windows wouldn't close and there was no alternative family room available. We were given towles to block the draught. We also had to ask for bed linen for the fold away bed, despite my booking showing it was a family room, they claimed it was only booked for two adults. I'm glad I had a print out of the booking with me. We were using this hotel as a stop over point to break up a drive down south in England. The location wasn't the greatest as we seen 3 or 4 better placed hotels on the outskirts of Carlisle, that would have suited better, but that was my fault, not theirs.
