We liked the overall feel. We didnt like that the deli/cafe gave false informatio. We were hoping to het coffee and snacks but it was closed most of our stay. The only option for coffee around noon ere coffee pods. Our room leajed water all the way thru to undoor and into under the sink. Had to ise towels to prevent run off. No one came to check it after reporting ti. The air conditioner stayed on all nightand day. Could not turn it off hope. O

The place itself was really clean, staff members were nice, and it was peacefully quiet. Only thing I didn’t like about the hotel was the daily $15 parking fee.

Overall the place was cleanish. Top blanket in my room was not in the best shape and that being the first thing you see it made me feel uneasy about sleeping in the bed. Water pressure was none existent. You could hear everything going on in the hallway. The place was in a quiet area not sure why I had to pay $15 for parking? The Bistro area said 5pm-10pm. it was close all night.

Terrible smell in the room. Like someone spilled an entire bottle of air freshener. Kids running around everywhere like crazy. Only decaf coffee pods in the room? Terrible water pressure in the shower. Far away from anything and everything. If you have kids it might be fine. Nice big tv. Just noisy and cheap feeling.

My check in staff was so rude, no instructions given how to get to my room. All she said was around the corner. Breakfast was included in my reservation and when I went to get my breakfast I was told that I couldn’t get anything else but cereal because the cashier was broken.. ridiculous…
