The property was very nice. The kitchen was stocked with a wide selection of cookware. All three balconies with the view of the beach were amazing. And the location was fantastic. We walked to the boardwalk every night on the beach. Just fabulous! I would stay in this property again for these reasons.There was communication with the property management on check out day that was very disappointing. It was a negative experience in an otherwise fantastic vacation.

Wedding Weekend

We had a wonderful time at the house as the headquarters for Team Bride. Everything was wonderful and the view had a very calming effect on our daughter as she got ready for her big day. The house is stocked with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay.

Family and friends got together to celebrate my wife's 50th Birthday. The house was perfect! Kitchen was FULLY stocked with dishes and cooking supplies, enough for all! The house has a great layout and the elevator was very helpful with coolers and luggage. Highly recommend!

Great week on the beach!

This rental was everything described! Very clean! Beds and bedding were comfortable. Location was great. Beautiful views of the ocean from the patios and windows. Private beach access was wonderful. Quiet, the windows and patio doors were great at keeping the outside noise outside. The elevator was amazing (grandma couldn't have stayed without it). Elevator runs from parking area all the way to top floor! AC was great and super chilly on the 1st two floors, the top floor however we had set at 68 and would not go below 72/73 degrees which was still comfortable because bedrooms have ceiling fans but bring a box fan if you need more air movement. We would definitely stay again in the future! A1Property management was wonderful! I had a couple questions before the trip and day of our trip and I talked with Sue and David and both got back to me super quick and was nice as could be (Thank you David, Sue, and the entire A1Property team!). A+ house, A+ location, and A+ management! Book with confidence!

Perfect house directly on beach

Very comfortable property right on the beach. Elevator made loading and unloading very easy. Wonderful view of the beach from all levels. Great seats for all the beach fireworks on July 4th. Plenty of room for the entire family, meal prep/eating and hanging out. We’ll be back!

Driving miss daisy

Everyyear my nieces and my very best friend find a new destination in USA. The location was perfect and view amazing. 3O minutes from Wilmington. boardwalk close by 1/2 mile from property. Totally recommend a food tour,which gives you history of Wilmington waterfront and amazing food. The only thing I would mention is the little bit of paper towels and toilet paper that leave for you I would totally recommend this place..

Family Wedding Vacation Home

This property is everything it says it is. Everything is so well appointed and extremely clean. All of the beds are updated with very comfortable mattresses and pillows and very good quality furniture throughout the house. The kitchen is well stocked and a perfect setup for a group dinner. I am extremely fussy about cleanliness and safe location and both were excellent! I highly recommend this as a great vacation stay.

Beautiful!

Beautiful 3 story with carport on beach with private boardwalk access. We were a group of 65+ year old friends who needed the elevator. While we had a couple of minor issues with it, A1 Property Management staff were there promptly to address. There were lots of restaurants still open. We enjoyed the ferry to Southport, tours of colonial homes in Wilmington, and visiting Wrightsville Beach. We had a week filled with great weather and good times. Hope to visit again soon.

We loved the home and the view. There was some issues with the water on the third floor. It had a terrible odor so we had to all share the one full bath downstairs which was a challenge with 9 of of us. Also, the toilet on the first level may need some work. There were difficulties with it's flushing.

Since we were all in our late sixties and early seventies, the elevator was great. We could move between floors with no trouble. Absolutely beautiful property!

We could not have asked for a more perfect property for our family vacation (grandparents, married and single adult children, and grandchildren from ages 10-19). The beachfront location was perfect and the owners have thought of everything: comfortable bedding, a kitchen with every possible utensil, small appliance, cookware, bakeware, blender, etc, plenty of space to be together or enjoy some quiet time alone, balconies on every floor, an elevator that helped with unloading and loading the car and groceries, lots of beach towels, beach chairs, sand toys... I could go on and on. The beach itself was fabulous and the area offers just enough to do without being too commercial. We cannot wait to return to this lovely haven!

Fantastic view and property

Great location-- easy to walk to boardwalk and other attractions. All elements of the house are top-grade: floors, linens, furniture, kitchen fixtures and cookware, etc; great beach stuff, nice grill. Beach access via shared boardwalk (with other side of duplex) was really nice. Beach itself was really mellow and had just been replenished. We loved it here for 10 days and definitely recommend it. One minor downside for me was having cigarette smoke from the other side of the duplex (which doesn't seem to have a smoking restriction for the decks). The 4th and 3rd floor views are some of the best I've had in any place I've stayed on the NC coast. Property management folks were super-helpful as well. Excellent overall!
