Great stay overall. Shower water temperature is inconsistent and the flow is weak. Wash basin is weirdly shaped. And watch out - the laundry prices are exorbitantly high- higher than New York prices!!

The OZ hotel is clean, perfectly located and great to look at, but the standout is the staff. They are attentive, friendly and helpful. They literally didn’t want our party to lift a finger (and we tried). The ladies at the front desk moved mountains to accommodate a large party, the cleaners made sure our rooms were perfect when we returned and the restaurant and concierge staff made sure we had everything we needed. I couldn’t ask for a better experience. 10 out of 10 would come back anytime

For beach goers
Location was better for beach goers, beaches in Cartagena are horrible so we didn’t need to be in that area we went once and said forget it. We had to Uber to Centro historical so that was a bit of a drag.

Most of the staff were very friendly and the place was very clean. The upstairs terrace was great with a great view but the service that day was very slow so be patient :) Sadly as a vegan I felt very limited in my choices especially during the breakfast period. Maybe having a plant based milk would have been ideal and would have made a significant difference during my stay.
