The hotel is located in a great location right between the Walled City and Gestamini I think was super pleased how close it was to everything. The staff are very helpful. The room was large and modern

Wonderful hotel to stay in Cartagena

We stayed for 4 nights. Staff were excellent, the girls at reception are always smiling. Location was very good between the old city and Getsemani but the immediate vicinity was a bit chaotic during the day. The bakery 2 doors away sells delicious donuts! The room and bed were very spacious. Bed was comfortable enough. The air con works very well. The bathroom is very small and no hooks to hang towels or clothes. Seeing that this hotel is "new", thought they could have installed some USB charging port for guest's convenience. The other con is we were not sure if we can open the blackout curtain for natural light since the opposite building is so close and can over look inside. Other than that, it was a great little hotel.

It was totally amazing right in the heart of shops, walled city and so much more! This hotel was a boutique hotel feel and so personable! The restaurant was amazing as well with great food and room service! I would stay here again I highly recommend. It has a downtown feel as well.

Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Property is conveniently located. Room was very spacious. Lighting could be better. It was difficult to see oneself in the mirror to shave etc. Very noisy street, but that’s because it’s close to the action, and in any case the city is very noisy

The hotel itself it’s not what I expected. Every day I was missing toilet paper or towels. Also I wanted to bring a friend to my room for a drink , not for a sleepover, and the staff opposed saying that the rules do not permit to have guests. I travel a lot in my life and this is the first time that I have to live such situation. Bad management. Also, elevator is old and dangerous. The only good thing is the location, but there many better hotels around. I will not recommend this hotel.

The safe was amazing first of all but if you're a girly girl this place is not for you no mirror in the room the lighting is really really terrible we had no power for 31/2 hours if you mess up a towel you hot to pay for it i would NEVER say here again and i would NEVER recommend....

This property is perfectly sandwiched in between the walled city and Getsemani. Very convenient walking location, felt safe in the hotel. Staff were helpful! I would stay again!

Amazing location, really close to the Ciudad Amurallada. The attention and service was absolutely great! The food was also good, loved the tomato soup If I ever come back to Cartagena, will plan to stay here again

Great location, food and staff

Check-in was super easy and quick. The staff are friendly and attentive ! We booked the room with a private pool which was very spacious and the small pool allowed us to chill and cool off on the balcony. The breakfast is delicious as well as the room service we ordered. Overall a great location - easy to walk into the old city, to the docks for boat trips and to near by shopping areas. Would stay here again if visiting Cartagena.

Had to leave due to allergies from my gross moldy smelling room. Even though I left immediately they still charged me for one night. Staff was rude and the location isn't nice. I definitely wouldn't recommend this hotel.

Our room was huge, which was very nice. The bed was very comfortable. The AC worked well, however there was no hot water in the shower. I brought it up with the front desk and nothing was ever done. The staff was very friendly.

The staff was amazing! Our room was supposed to be a suite and was rather small. We also had an ant problem in our bathroom. They only gave us two towels during our stay and we had to keep asking for new towels (it is so hot in Cartagena… multiple showers a day are a must!) there is no full length mirrors or hangers in the rooms and the lighting in the bathrooms are very dark. the hotel itself is very nice in a not-so-nice area and the morning breakfast was delicious.
