It wasn’t well maintained. Housekeeping was every three days. But nothing said that. Elevator was extremely slow. Guest Laundry didn’t work.

overall it was good. The bathroom had hair on the drain, that was not pleasant. The breakfast was the same thing all 3 days, No varieties on that. Easy check in and easy check out. I will recommend staying at this place anything you travel to Charlotte, NC.

Best toiletries ever. They provide a lemon scented massage soap bar and a separate face bar. Both were creamy and hydrating. The scent was also amazing and fresh. The lotion was also super hydrating. The bed was very comfortable—a nice balance between firm and soft. The aesthetic of the room was amazing. Apart from the bed, there were several chairs, one that had a tray. The desk also has a pull out tray. The bathroom was beautiful and the shower was nice. The stream from the shower is intense, but it makes for a good massage and there is still plenty of water. There’s also a snack bar down stairs. Another feature that I loved were the automatic doors that open to the lobby. I had several bags, so that was a small but useful feature.
