Recommend this Hotel
Super clean room. I checked in very late (11:45pm) and the staff had already prepared for my check-in and had my room key ready! The continental breakfast the following morning was superior to recent experiences at other establishments. Will definitely use this hotel again if I return to the area!

I had to get a new set of keys because the first set didn't work, then the second set worked on and off. We had to have our toilet fixed because the handle was broke to where we had to hold it down to make it flush. When he fixed it, he apparently splashed toilet water all over the floor, the floor was soaked, and we almost slipped and fell on our behinds when we walked into the bathroom and stepped out of the shower because there was so much water on the floor and it soaked the bathmat causing it to slide across the floor when we stepped on it. We know there was no leak because when we put a dry towl down after we cleaned up the water, the towl barely got wet when we got out of the shower. It would not have fun to fall on the floor, especially since the water on the floor could have possibly come from the toilet.

The smell in the room was terrible. The toilet and sink stops up. The furniture and room is out dated to have a 8.2 ratings. While checking mattress to see if they were bed bug free they was but mattress was nasty an they just have a mattress topper on top of it. On top of couldn’t sleep the noise from the front of the hotel where guess hang out talking and making noise all night. My first bad review ever disappointed.

Very convenient to shpping, dining and PNC venue. Room was cleam but in need of updating. Curtains need replacing badly as they have holes and stao s on them. Bathroom door was hard to close and the toilet " whistled" for about 4 minutes after flushing.

The only thing good I can say is the hotel was very conveniently located. There are many restaurants nearby and it’s close to the interstate. Unfortunately that meant cars and horns and sirens went on all night long. In addition, the beds and pillows were uncomfortable, towels scratchy, room just generally not enjoyable. First and last time at this brand of hotels.
