The staff was friendly. The breakfast was great. The hotel offers food in the evening too, but couldn't keep it stocked. The floor in the room seemed like it wasn't vacummed and there were hairs in the shower. The halls were dirty too. The hot tub jets didn't come on at first and then it was too hot. Everyone was sitting on the side instead of in the hot tub.

Top notch service
This is my first stay at a Drury, I already booked another night for my return trip. Everything is top notch and all the staff is excellent. This is so much better than some of the “higher end” hotels. All the service without the snobbery.

Totally surprised by the Drury Inn. Amazing service! Our family of four stayed here on an overnight layover in Charlotte. They served a great BBQ buffet for dinner, and a equally impressive breakfast buffet. Would definitely stay here again.
