When we arrived at 12 midnight, the front door was wide open. Very scary. The front door did not close tightly. Neither door handle or the additional lock were lined up with the door jam so neither latched securely with maximum security. We can understand why the cleaning people left and the door blew open. We had no heat downstairs and we woke up to 27 degrees outside. The conditions were not what we expected based on the photos on line. The kitchen was hardly useable considering there were limited pots and pansâŠdonât expect to drink from a glass, they are all plastic. The toaster did not work. The kitchen trash can was growing its own bacterial experiment, the trash bins outside were filled to the brim, garbage and crap in the garage, heat upstairs (oh by the way, Trey forgot to tell us) has to be turned on and off regularly to work, The second sink in the largest bedroom was clogged upon arrival. The lighting was dim and wires exposed in the kitchen chandelier. No kitchen island stools to sit at (as were represented in the online photos) and the family room was nothing like what was pictured online.. Overall Trey was a bully and basically told us to deal with it or leave. Dewayne was great, he was the handyman that came over and helped with the issues at the home. Thank you for the space heaters Dewayne!
