2 hours after check-in, I was notified that we could not check into our room; we were then offered a 'downgraded' room with no sleeper sofa and one bathroom short. While discussing with the property representative, I asked about the parking spaces, as the previous site had listed ' no parking passes required' and upon inquiry I was told to 'park wherever an open spot was'. The new room has one parking pass with 'violators will be towed in place'. Upon messaging, the property representative stated that I can show proof of staying in a nearby parking garage, and they will reimburse me the cost. The agent provided details regarding the closest parking garage. The parking garage did not have an attendant, nor did it print receipts. I and my other party member took pictures of the meter and submitted two bank statements showing two separate 30 transactions. Two weeks later, multiple phone calls and emails later, I am still not reimbursed for said parking passes. Today, I informed them that if I didn't receive any reimbursement, I would be entering a billing dispute. I immediately heard back, and the staff messaged at 5:00pm and asked if they could call, then proceeded to call me four hours later at 9:00 pm. This conversation ultimately ended in the 'manager' telling me that parking passes only meant one spot, and that they would honor their promise of reimbursing me however 30 a night was too much. Please avoid at all cost.
