Beautiful bourgeois house from the 1900s, very well renovated and comfortable, located in the municipality of Charvonnex, 15 minutes from Annecy, 40 minutes from ski resorts, and 25 minutes from Geneva.

It is in a peaceful green setting, surrounded by mountains, at the end of a private cul-de-sac, that you will find this charming house of approximately 120m² of living space, built on a flat plot of land of about 1000m², protected and fully wooded with a breathtaking view of the mountains (Parmelan).

As soon as you enter, you will be seduced by the volumes and the renovation perfectly combining the old and the contemporary. A large semi-open equipped kitchen with dining area, the living room has an unobstructed view of the garden and the mountains, with an old parquet floor, a marble fireplace with an integrated pellet stove. A toilet on the ground floor.

The staircase leads to the first level which consists of a master bedroom with shower room, a second bedroom, both with access to the balcony. A large bathroom and a laundry room.

On the top level, the old attic is composed of two bedrooms with beautiful exposed beams and a dressing area. Numerous custom storage spaces.

Several parking spaces are available in front of the house. Outdoor storage chalet, bicycle shelter.

🅿️ To get to the city center of Annecy, we recommend parking at Parking Courier. There are almost always spaces available (finding a parking spot can be difficult in the summer).

🚴 Biking. You can reach the bike path at the Dassault Aviation company level. Itinerary of about ten km to go to Annecy, easy and mostly paved, moderate slope (see itinerary on the komoot website).

🚂 Groisy-Thorens-La-Caille Station is 5 minutes away by car. 16 trains a day drop you off in Annecy in 14 minutes, between 7am and 10pm. Ticket starting at 4€.
