First off only reason for 4 stars on comfort is because the pillows were awful and i forgot to bring mine.. lol. We had a problem with the heat when we checked in and the lady at the desk went above and beyond to accommodate us.

I searched for properties with a hot tub and was given this one. In reality only ONE room in the whole property has a hot tub. This was NOT made clear. I booked thinking there was a hot tub on the property for everyone to use.
