Rate this hotel 4 out of 5 stars. Dropped 1 star as it was very difficult to find information on where, how, what time the airport shuttles were running. An email to the hotel did not yield a response (mind you, the email was sent within 24hours of arriving at the airport). This information was readily available at reception once you got to the hotel though (which doesn’t help when you’re first trying to get there).

Arrived just after midnight , took until 1am to check into our rooms , receptionist was very unfriendly and incompetent. Got two rooms and was given 2 doubles instead of a double and a twin . Too late and too tired to go back down 10 floors to complain . hardest bed I’ve ever slept in . Room was clean is only positive.

Very smart hotel with spacious foyer The rooms were very clean but were on the smeller side than expected. Very new and a very useful free airport transfer not made clear in original booking as a feature. When local taxes paid at the start. Is it really necessary to log down all card numbers?

This was a lovely hotel! The entire hotel was sparkling clean and the staff was incredibly friendly. We felt welcome and enjoyed our stay there. The view was beautiful from our window. You can easily take a bus or train to the city or other locations. The only downside is there is not much around the area, just a bunch of hotels so you have to take a 20 minute bus ride to get to any restaurants or shops. But again, not that far of a commute. The other downside is no room service and their grab and go options are extremely limited and expensive, so food options are limited here.

It is close to the airport and rapid transit to Central, Hong Kong. The hotel is brand new, well designed and the staff are friendly and extremely helpful.

The hotel is a decent hotel was good facility and close to airport. The basic rooms are small, but well designed cozy and clean. However, if you want to book this hotel for a temporary hotel to rest after a late landing plane like me, then I strongly urge you to consider again. The hotel is situated only 800 m away from the airport, but the only way to access it after 0:48 AM after the last train, is by taxi. No you cannot walk to the hotel as there are no pedestrian lanes and the security of the airport will stop you. You have to wait for a taxi specifically designated for the lantou island which comes around every five minutes, why are you watch other passengers catch their Hong Kong and kowlong taxi immediately across the room. And when you finally get a taxi, the Hong Kong taxi driver has a tendency of ripping off without even pretending and since it’s 1:30 am at night, you don’t want to argue over a a few dollar, so they blatantly charged doible the price without even using the meter. I spent 45 minutes waiting for the taxi for this one minute minute, which I figure would be the same time I would need to arrive at the hotel that I booked for the next few days in downtown Hong Kong. So if ur plane lands after 11:00 PM, hongkong is a very busy airport so it takes a visitor approx 1 hr to get out of the airport. I will not recommend this hotel or any hotel on the airport island for that matter.
