I did request a first floor room and they gave that to me. Its in a good enough area. Front desk person was nice. The chairs in the lobby/dining area are the first thing you see and they are in awful condition. The cushions need to be replaced. All of them had tears in them. The blinds in room didn't close all the way and we were on first floor. There were feces under the bottom of the toilet seat. Dirt or mold under bathroom sink on wall. Beds were comfortable. We dropped a sweatshirt as we were chocking in, went back a few minutes later and it was gone and front desk said no one turned it in, just a bad start to the stay.

The hot tub and heated pool year round is the reason we come. The staff is okay, not the friendliest... The room is okay, some have a little wear and tear. Breakfast is bomb too! 👌😁Usually eggs, biscuits and gravy, waffles you make yourself, cereal, bagels, and fruit. Solid 4.

Fix a handicap chair lift for hot tub and swimming

The rooms are very comfortable the hotel is very very clean only complaint is I'm a one-legged man where a prosthetic couldn't really get into the hot tub because of the handicap chairs lifts that lowers you do is not work other than that the state was wonderful the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was great please get your chairs fixed

Not what you think

I loved how the room looked. However, as i started ro look around. Stains on the couch stains on carpet . On the ottoman was riped around the edges. Tvs were unplugged. I had to plug them in and the on in the living room was working ok . The one in the bed room did not have single and couldnt work. Sheets smelled like mold . I did ask for new sheets for the bed and never came to my room. Door to the room was hard to close . I had the Executive room

The hotel is run down overall and the chairs & seating areas in the lobby need to be replaced. The condition of the rooms are worn but still comfortable for the price.
