Hermoso y acogedor hotel. Disfruté mucho mi estancia y la atención estuvo de maravilla. La alberca es muy linda también, espero volver pronto.

Tuvimos una buena estancia. La zona era tranquila, a 10 min en carro del centro de Bacalar. El cuarto era espacioso y la cama estuvo bien.

Nos gustó que al no tener opciones de restaurantes cerca, el hotel tiene una terraza donde hay utensilios para que te prepares tus propios alimentos. Lo que no nos gustó fue que el internet fallaba mucho, no habían canales para ver en la tv, el segundo día regresamos temprano al hotel para poder usar la alberca y nos dijeron que no se podía porque le pusieron químicos de limpieza (aprox 3pm) , creo es mejor hacer eso por la noche para que los huéspedes puedan usar la alberca en el día, al día siguiente eran las 12pm y aún no se podía usar.

Me gustó la tranquilidad del hotel. Sus instalaciones no son como en las fotos, porque se nota desatendido y sin atractivo. Las puertas de entrada y bañoschillan
