This is a hidden gem right in the heart of downtown Chicago. Very walkable to lots of shopping and dining options. Staff were very nice and courteous. Valet was very easy in-n-out. Whoever did the housekeeping deserve a raise. My room and bathroom was clean and spotless. The hotel was quiet, maybe it was due too not many visitors at the time. 2 things that's on my cons but I can live with it. 1. The window isn't sound proofed. External sound was very easily penetrate the room 2. No coffee machine in the room

If you want a restless night in Chicago stay here

The front desk was very polite at check it but customer service stopped after the check in process. we had no coffee in the rooms and went to ask for some at the front desk and was told we had to pay for it cause there was already 4 in the room. The water bottles they had in the room had a 2023 expiration date on them. i asked for new ones and they said i had to buy them after they told me that we got 2 bottles for free. The beds were absolutely terrible. Make sure you book a chiropractic appointment after laying on the terrible beds and pillows that go flat as paper when you lay on them. Rooms are poorly insulated all you heard all night were doors slamming up and down the hall, Every conversation in the hall could be heard. If you want a restless night for your chicago stay this is the place for you.

The hotel is very well located and the toom was nicely kept each day but carpet was not very clean. There were not smells or anything but it looks like the room needs to be upgraded while the bathroom was very neat and remodeled. We unfortunately experienced a fire while staying at the hotel and no staff was available to discuss what happened. I had to chase someone from the fire department to explain what happened. I can’t say I wouldn’t stay there again because location is really good but I would not use this hotel if you are intending to stay inside the room a lot. I also may have overlooked the fact there is a resort charge which is fine but if I had known, Id likely rather stay in a more expensive hotel that is a little better kept.

Not bad, not good. The beds were soft and lumpy, pillows had no support. Valet was a pain. Luggage carts were old and difficult to maneuver. The restaurant and bar were excellent, the art is super cool. The bathrooms were nice, the rooms were decent sized. Staff was helpful, but busy and oftentimes seemed overwhelmed.

The hotel itself was aesthetically pleasing and clean. The check-in process was quick and easy and the check-in agent was great. The room was nice but the location was near the street and the cars were loud with constant sirens, cars honking, and cars revving. The hotel did experience a fire on the floor above us. There was no alarm or indication that there was a fire besides the poor agent running door to door knocking to let us know there was one. That same agent had to help customers checking in with their bags after being the ONLY one running door to door up and down 16+ flights of stairs MULTIPLE TIMES acting as the fire alarm system, didn’t see any other agents assisting him. I may be incorrect, but I didn’t see them helping him with my own eyes. Other than the loud street and fire inconvenience, the hotel was nice. Was concerned that no fire alarm went off tho. Would rate a 3/5 overall. (Wish I got that agents name, he was kind, soft spoken, and attentive. HE DESERVES A RAISE AND RECOGNITION.) He wore glasses, nose piercings, and had long hair.
