Syed the property manager was EXCELLENT!! If I could give Syed all the stars, I would. Easy to communicate with, very responsive, polite, professional, courteous. Absolute pleasure to work w/ him. That said, I found out during the stay that he is not the landlord of the property. There were a few issues (holes in walls, closet door missing, dripping faucet, general disrepair). I took pictures & notified Syed immediately & he assured me he would notify the landlord. None of the things were deal breakers & for us it didn't matter. We were very busy and otherwise occupied-- just needed a clean place to sleep and shower. The place was VERY CLEAN which I appreciated. The kitchen is barely equipped. 1 pot, no spices (as stated in listing), no forks (spoons and knives, but no forks), 1 water glass & a few plates/bowls. There is a very nice washer/dryer, but no soap to wash clothes.Basement unit, which I gathered from the listing. I also knew we would not have control of heating/cooling. But what isn't clear is that it is like a very hot oven. Wherever the controls are, someone is cold because the basement was stifling hot. We opened the windows just to regulate the temp a little. Thin walls & loud neighbors in the other basement unit in spite of "quiet hour" rule. There is a new smart TV, plugged in & that's it. It still had the factory plastic film on it, with the energy saving stickers. If you don't have your own sign in, you can't use TV.Syed 10/10; unit 5/10
