This is a fun property in a great location. I only stayed for a night but it was quiet, check on was easy and they have a really cool bar. For this stay that was all I wanted and needed. Cant complain about the price either.

Absolutely perfect to me! The vibes were great, the staff fantastic, the room was amazing! The bed was heavenly! The only thing I would critique is that there wasn’t a shower curtain or a door to the shower, so water got absolutely everywhere. But we always bring a bath mat anyway, and nothing towels can’t dry up. Thank you so much again!

I really loved my room. It was very clean. Probably one of the cleanest hotel rooms I’ve ever stayed at. I really loved the vibe the room gives off and the bathroom mirror is chefs kiss lol The bar is a very nice touch as well. The staff was very friendly, quick and informative when I checked in. I will definitely be back and will refer others to come here as well.

We have been staying there several times. This time we brought our adult daughter, who really liked it, too. Though she said when you look at the online presence of the hotel, it looked a bit dingy, not how it really is.

This place is amazing! Solo female traveler. The rates were literally the cheapest in the River-North area. I was only a few blocks from all the shopping and dining options on Michigan Ave. There is a Bally's casino right across the street. I was able to get a deep dish pizza from Pizzaria Uno next door and the hotel has a bakery and bar. I had a great view from my window too. I will make a note that whenever my neighbor would take a shower, or do anything in the bathroom of their room I could hear it over the tv in my room and them likewise. We even joked about it as we were leaving this morning! The rooms were tidy and had everything I really needed. I found a parking garage one block away to stash my car in. I would absolutely recommend this place.

Overnight stay

We stayed overnight to attend an event the following day. The location of the hotel is great. The parking garage is right next to the hotel, but not connected, so we had to walk up and down the entrance ramp to get from the car to the hotel and back. Not very safe with cars turning into the garage and driving up the ramp. The room was small, but very clean. The mattress needs to be replaced. We could hear and feel the springs. The bathroom was clean and plenty of hot water in the shower. The ironing board was very wobbly and one leg had to be propped up to use it. A bathrobe was provided but neither me nor my husband wore it. It kinda felt like it was made from felt and not fresh/clean. The room was not quiet. We heard people in the hallway, doors opening and closing all night. It was okay for a night, but we will likely not stay here again. The guy at the front desk was very nice and helpful when we checked in.

This was our second time staying at this hotel and parking in the garage next door. We love the vibe of this place and it's great location! Jerome at the front desk is amazing! We will definitely be staying here again, and again!
