The location was great for me, the place itself was fine. I found the couch to be fairly dirty, and the manual lock on the doorknob wasn't working. It was a smart door lock, which would have been fine, except I wasn't sure if it was locked or not. I reached out to customer service to see how I can verify, and had a fairly hard time getting information. Unfortunately, I kept getting info that wasn't applicable to my unit. Many hours later, I was notified that the property manager can see that it's locked. I had to call a number directly, where she told me that the doorknob lock unlocks when you open the door, but it wasn't that kind of lock. She had me hold the door open and try to lock it with the doorknob lock, which I did and confirmed that it was not locking the door. She said the door locks after 30 seconds, so I asked if that was the little song it played. That would have been a helpful piece of info to have earlier in the process, as I wasn't sure if that meant it was locked or if something was wrong or what. I just wanted confirmation that I wasn't leaving my door unlocked, and that was fairly difficult to get.
