First of all, management was not helpful. She sent documents to be signed that were not signable. I had someone look at them and they told me they were unsignable. She told me they should be signable, but they were not. The day before, she told me I should call VRBO since they were responsible for all the documents. I spent the afternoon calling VRBO. Finally, a person helped me. I copied it and sent it to her personal email. I got the code for the keys an hour before the listing.
Secondly, the shower was awful. It had mold in it, the shower head was a trickle. I had the shower on hot all the way and it was not hot. You had to take a quick shower before it got cold. The reason I did not complain was that I was there for five days.
Finally, the rest of the apartment was as pictured. I was satisfied with it.
I would not stay at any of her properties again do to her strict no cancellation policy. It was her responsibility to make sure everything was signable. As a owner, she should make sure everything is good. She was not helpful at all.
