I have a few videos just wish I could have recorded the smell of cat urine in the room I paid over $200 for. One night and $80 in parking that the site has advertised as free. That's not even mentioning the heater that clanked every 15 mins , sounding as if someone was breaking in. The vent in the bathroom for the steam screamed as loud as I wanted to while staying at this 2 star hotel rated at as a 4 star... never again at this fugazi establishment!

Watch out for the plug ins.
My biggest issue was the bed seemed smaller than a king. In addition the plugs on my bedside lamp along with thr lamp itself didnt work and so on yhe second night I was there I went to plug my phone charger into the wall and received a mild shock from the lamp plug in, I found that it was frayed at the edge. Overall not a super positive experience, the room was clean. Pictures of the frayed plug attached peior to my unplugging it. Im not normally one to leave a review but with my experience being literally ahocking I figured it was called for

I stayed here solely because it advertised an airport shuttle. Unfortunately it ended up being so infrequent, I ended up taking an Uber. Sort of false advertising. Most hotels run them every 15 minutes.

Clean and comfortable. Staff were extremely helpful. A minor problem arose, but it was rectified immediately and I was extremely happy with the way it was handled. The shops in the hotel were very expensive; that would be my only gripe. Would absolutely recommend though.

It's just expensive for what you get. Which is basically nothing, not even free coffee in the lobby which is an American staple. Free airport shuttle bus is good tho, runs every half hour. Lots of stuff in the area if you want - food, bars, other hotels, and a big recreation zone with cinema and bowling and stuff. So that's fine, but the hotel is just a big expensive airport hotel.
