It was very clean and everything worked really well. The manager was awesome. He switched my TV when the TV didn’t work and let me have the room in the corner where it was quiet. I will definitely go back there again. It was wonderful.

We checked in, then learned the air conditioner was not working, the room appeared poorly maintained, front desk staff had no solutions for us, and would not refund our money, we checked out the same day as checked in and went to a clean, comfortable hotel.

If all you are looking for is a place to sleep or rest and you don’t care about bells and whistles…then this vintage motel is perfect. The room was exceptionally clean but dated…we brought our own pillows thankfully because the motels are very thin and small. Besides that no complaints…already rebooked for June for a music festival in Chicago.

This is a basic, clean, and safe property. The property is one of those roadside motels that were built in the 1950s and 1960s, and I'm pretty sure this property hasn't been updated for at least 30 years. The rooms are small and would probably be crowded for more than two people. They offer a free continental breakfast that I have never tried. Don't expect a grand, pampered experience. Still, it is well maintained, reasonably priced, and offers free onsite parking.
