This hotel was just ok. It was near the red line which was nice. Lots of convenience stores within walking distance. Somewhat near the Navy Pier. But the hotel room we had was not clean. They “cleaned” it but there was hair in the bathtub and the shower wall, the floor around the toilet had hair and fuzz and there was dried up pee that you could see on the bottom of the toilet/floor. The bed was just ok. Pillows terribly uncomfortable. Very small room. For the price, I don’t know if I’d stay again.

Arrived early and room wasn't ready but was given a room number and told that if we were assigned a new room that that number would be texted to me. Never received text about room change, when my party returned to hotel late Friday we were unable to find the room and when I inquired at front desk I found out I was given wrong room number. Hotel WiFi didn't function very well and I could never tell if I needed a login or was connected. It wasn't very clear on how parking functioned would recommend parking details be emailed with reservation info. Overall, had a great experience; staff was excellent and I would return on a future date.

Upon check in, I was not offered water as a gold member this is a given. I got up to the room, there was no blanket on the bed, only sheets. It’s February. There was no wash clothes or hand towels in the room. The lotion and hand soap were missing. The shower was missing conditioner and body wash and only had shampoo on the wall. I left the door available for check in on day 2 of my stay and no one came by to make bed or update the missing items from the night before.
