I specifically booked a room with a bathtub, but my room had a shower, where the water went everywhere btw. When I requested to to move to the room I booked, the receptionist said they were fully booked! I was also siged up for their rewards program without my consent.

Cockroach, bring cockroach killer next time

First off, I really enjoyed how clean the bathrooms and room were. However, in the middle of the night when I wokeup I saw one cockroach and it was very fat and big. This was the only issue that I experienced, and I can’t stand bugs. Also the maids were not the kindest, they knocked on our door when we had the do not disturb sign and we said our answer aloud and no more than two minutes later we received a call from them. They didn’t let us sleep good.
