Room was really clean with the exception of a lot of stray hair just lying around for some reason. Cons: not enough outlets, no microwave in room, no room service, limited food options.

There was a QR code to tip the room cleaner but the room was dusty in several places and shower floor grout was mildew colored in most of it so I did not tip. Breakfast was sad. No forks and there was a person wiping off spilled food with gloved hands, cream cheese but no bagels and random food in silverware holders. Mattress and pillows were not comfortable or soft. Whole building reeked of Marijuana so bad I had to stuff towels under the room door to sleep.

Nice hotel but they seemed short staffed. Room was hot and hard to control room temperature. We did not eat the free breakfast. It seemed a bit chaotic when we got in line and ended up getting out of line after several minutes of food not being replenished and several people and a child coughing a lot while getting their food…..huge turn off. Would stay here again as we were able to walk to the united center for a Chicago Bulls game. Super convenient.

Everything was good! If they could serve more fresh vegetables and fruits for breakfast, that would be even better! What I really liked about this hotel was its parking safety. They have a security agent patrolling the parking all the night!
