The property charges my account 3 different times after check in even though the room was already paid for. The management didn’t seem to care one way or another and refused to comp me for the inconvenience, he assured me that after check out everything would be refunded as they were incidental holds that should’ve only been held once. Fast forward to yesterday 1/2/25 one of the charges have now increased and none of them have dropped off. I called and a front desk rep told me to dispute the charges with my bank. I didn’t want to go that route and instead asked for a supervisor. The supervisor was very nice and and again advised me that she fixed the errors and I would be refunded the total of all three charges..we will see

Parking is a long walk from hotel. Parking was $40 everytime I left the parking lot. There was no discount for hotel guest. Other than expensive parking and poor handicap parking, everything else was perfect.
