We enjoyed our weekend stay at the L7 hotel. We reserved a river view room, but the view was a partial river view with the other view on the city building. I asked the front desk and they could not help us. Overall the property and amenities were great, but the description for the rooms should be more specific.

Beautiful hotel, perfect location!
My husband and I stayed here for a little weekend getaway for my birthday, it was perfect. It was a beautiful hotel, perfect location in walking distance to so many restaurants, bars, and shopping locations. We decided this will be where we always stay when we visit Chicago!

“Dru Hill”
Dru was a particularly pleasant spirit to be around. he greeted me with warmth, respect and kindness upon entering the building, immediately setting the tone for a fantastic experience. not sure if I heard correctly, but I thought there was mention of his last day there… if that is so, whoever has gained Dru has gained a valuable & confident asset to their team. the room, view and accommodations surpassed my expectations. special shoutout to the concierge (Courtney?) for being extra helpful with the special touches needed for a great date night. we spent the night sleeping by th window, enjoying the peaceful view of the river. L7 has gained a new guest for life, as this is my new safe haven for my staycations in my hometown. thank you for elevating my spirits, bringing me closer in connection to my girlfriend, and for curating an experience worth having time and time again! can’t wait to come back!!

This was my first time staying here and it surpassed my expectations in every way. Clean, great lobby common areas, close to parking garages, super friendly and helpful staff. The room was SO easy to get to — elevators were fast, you could get downstairs in 1 minute which is nice. Room itself was super clean and had lots of amenities - yoga mat and weights, nespresso, full size toiletries and lotion in the bathroom, even a steamer. Very impressed all around, I will definitely be back.

The check in experience went well. The room we were assign was nice, unfortunately there were some problem with the room that a very nice housekeeping staff name Gaspar tried to fix but the front desk Ebony who was very accommodating instead gave us upgrade. The hotel is very nice, quite and has the good amenities. We enjoyed the expresso machine they have in the 1st floor and they even have a yoga mat and dumbbells in the room. We have a very nice view of the Chicago riverview. We will use this property again in our next visit this summer.
