I can't believe this property passed the qualifications to be a VRBO property. FALSE Advertisement. The property was not cleaned prior to arrival, there were multiple safety concerns and numerous amenities falsely advertised on the listing were either non-existent or broken. Specifically: - musty/moldy smell permeating the home upon arrival- Bugs EVERYWHERE- Ants in the couch and on kitchen counters. Spiders in every corner of the house. - 6 towels provided for 5 people staying at the property for 5 days- 1 tide pods and no detergent for laundry use- 1 dishwashing pods provided for a 5 day stay- Coffee maker did not work upon arrival- Soap dispenser in each bathroom broken- area rugs completely deteriorated curling up on all sides causing a tripping hazard for 3 year old daughter and elderly parents- stained/soiled dining room chairs with pet hair covered on them. - toilet seats broken in 2 of the 3 bathrooms - spikes sticking out of the floorboards causing a massive safety hazard - space under the porch open with garbage and leaves riddled throughout- dead leaves and trash piled in front of the garage making it unusable- porch in decrepit form with nails sticking out and paint chips everywhere-roof of the gazebo is falling apart with roofing materials that could fall and cause injury - no replacement paper towel roll. When we arrived 1/2 was gone already. - one of the beds is completely unusable. Bed frame broken and concaved mattress in the middle.
