We drove 14 hours arriving late Thursday evening. No lighting on front porch. We were unable to get the lock undone. We contacted the Evolve contact to explain our situation, she recommended we grab dinner and the property manager would contact us within the hour. In the meantime, i tried contacting the property manager directly- his mailbox was full. After one hour, I called the Evole contact explaining I had no response and the property manager mailbox was full. She explained VBRO would refund but I would have to contact VBRO. I told her, before doing anything, I would try the lock again (10:00 PM, in 30 degree weather). Fortunately we were able to get into the house after two attempts. The house thermostat was set at 52 degrees. Kitchen light did not work. Over condition of house was poor. Bedding was poor, no garbage bags. Television had no access to any events. Property manager responded the next morning 8:30. We had no backup plan on where to stay if the house lock wouldn’t open. Poor, poor response from property manager. I will will not recommend you site to anyone. Your additional fee are obscene.
