I had stayed in one of theses units previously, so i knew it would be clean and well cared for. What I didn't expect was to have such a hard time contacting the host. When I arrived I still hadn't received the door code. This may, or may not, have been the fault of the app, but I called and message the host for more than an hour before I contacted VRBO customer service. They tried for another hour to reach him with no answer. I was told they would pay for a hotel for the night, and that I needed to find one nearby. Luckily, I opted to meet my kids for dinner and brainstorm together for a hotel, because another hour, or so, later the host finally called me and I hadn't already paid for a room for the night. I received a code, but it wouldnt open the door! I finally received the new code and got access about 4 hours after my check-in time.
The units are well appointed, the only thing I would like to see is at least one comfortable chair in the living room. The couch is large, but when I'm there my adult children visit me, and a single couch doesnt really cut it.
