I had a somewhat disappointing experience during my stay at this motel. The receptionist seemed a bit off during check-in, which made the process feel awkward and unwelcoming. Additionally, the room was smaller than I expected for the price I paid. The air conditioning unit was quite old and appeared dirty, which was concerning. Overall, I feel that the quality of the stay did not match the cost, and improvements are needed in both service and maintenance.

I stay at this location every 2 weeks and every time I stay there I make a deposit of $95 one being a $50 deposit for the room and the other one being $45 for a safe I don't use. Both are deposits and they are never giving back to me as one lump sum as I paid them. I always have to call the hotel more than a couple of times and Chase my own money down. I was told I could avoid this by telling them when I check out that I did not use the safe I tried that method and yet again. This is starting to feel predatory because I never get my full refund and I have to go chase my own money down it's not called the deposit when you don't get it back that's called being a thief. Also known as stealing. This is ridiculous totally unprofessional unwarranted I have talked to them about it more than six times and it happens every time this place will rip you off of your money if you do not check your balances. They won't even release your deposit fully making you chase down the other half. I don't understand how this is even legal I'm only going to give you part of what you paid. Give me my freaking money back in its entirety like I paid it in its entirety

Frustrations

We arrived at 2:30 in the afternoon and our room wasn’t ready, so we did some errands and went back at 4:30 and our room was still not ready so we went to eat dinner and finally we got our room. We upgraded our room to the premium room and there was nothing premium about it. Then at 7:30 am our door was opened by I’m guessing the cleaning crew but honestly have no idea. The room had an odd smell to it and unfortunately followed us home in our luggage. We were supposed to stay for 3 nights but cut our stay short by a day cause it was nearly impossible to sleep with all the noise outside. I would not recommend this location!

The room was nicely updated, except the heater/ac unit. That thing was beyond old and dilapidated. Some of the lights were either not plugged in or did not have bulbs in them.
