Fantastic location, easy walk to river, restaurants, Magnificent Mile and Millennium Park. Clean and includes breakfast. Could do better by adding more elevators, and bathrooms need updating, old fixtures and dim light. Our toilet was loud and sound like it is dying whenever it fills up- inconvenient when other people are sleeping in the middle of the night. despite that- I would stay again if I am in the area.

We gave it a tray and we were very disappointed.
That was the worst night we had in a hotel ,it may be good for a single person but for a family not at all ,the view was bad ,I have a child with allergies and he had a very bad night .the breakfast was not that good it was not fresh food ,check in was not organized and the personal was too loud.please do something about the way the sheets are cleaned and the carpet ,because a lot of people have allergies .

Stayed here over the Chicago Marathon weekend and it was a wonderful choice! Perfect location to walk everywhere, public transport nearby to get to further areas, and plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby - including the riverwalk. Rooms are large with room to spread out suitcases, and we loved having a fridge and microwave on hand.

Location very good. Staff is great! Very courteous, and very helpful. Floors were bathroom not very clean, Rug in sleeping area grimey. Very noisy room; can hear every word in adjacent guest room. Glad to check out.
