While the room HVAC system was rather loud, everything else was excellent. From the pleasant and prompt shuttle drivers, to the staff, the very nice included breakfast, and very modern and clean room, there was nothing else I could have asked for. Will definitely stay there again next time I'm in Chicago.

We spent 6 nights at Staybridge and would highly recommend it. The room was clean and spacious, the entire staff kind and helpful, the amenities more than satisfactory, and the airport shuttle extremely appreciated not just on arrival and departure but also just to be able to catch the CTA Blue Line. The ONLY small quibble would be better fresh fruit at the breakfasts, and to refresh the yogurt toppings and the pastries, all of which were quite stale. Overall a very good experience and would stay again.

My stay here was great ! Despite the shuttle pick up and drop off being quite slow at times, I love that it’s provided. Ms.Helen at the front desk was very helpful during my check in. I watched her take on many customers due to being very busy and she kept a positive, welcoming attitude in what seemed to be an overwhelming time. No complaint about the cleanliness at all! I loved everything the room offered such as a fridge/freezer, stove top and even a toaster. Staff was great! I would highly recommend Staybridge!

If you are a solo traveler like me. This place is a must! It’s clean and the room are huge. Got your own kitchen as if like it’s your home away from home. Problem with the airport noise? I can’t barely hear the plane taking off. Breakfast are the usuals I hope they got tons of choices too. But overall it’s a good place to stay.

My stay was overnight for early departure.
Our stay was just an overnight stay for an early morning flight (7:00 am). Service was great, check in really easy and the room was great (especially the shower). The shuttle is included and it’s a 24 hour shuttle to the airport. You have to reserve a time slot though once you arrive to the hotel. It was inexpensive compared to others around.

I thought the air traffic noise would be horrible given the proximity to O'Hare. However, we were able to sleep through the night with little interruption. We did have to put the blinds back on the track so we could close them, but that was the only negative to the stay. Checking in and out was easy and it was in the perfect location for what we were there for.
